We entered the renewable energy power generation business in Germany in 2005 and have accumulated a development track record of over 1GW. We have been developing solar power plants in Japan since 2009, and so far we have connected 300 power plants with a capacity of over 250MW.
Achieving carbon neutrality in 2050, energy security, and a stable supply of electricity in the region are important issues that Japan must address, and the use of renewable energy is an essential part of global decarbonization efforts. That's one.

Aditya Satghare
Head of the US Region
Aditya Satghare is a Vice President at Sky Solar and leads the Americas business, spanning the United States, Canada, and selected South American countries. He has more than 15 years of diverse experience in the Global Renewable sector and joined the company in 2015. He has held multiple positions since then, including Head of Project Finance, Corporate Treasurer, and Vice President of the Americas, before being appointed to lead the Americas business in 2021. Since joining the company, Aditya has been involved in the development, acquisition, financing, and subsequent sale of more than 200MW of renewable energy projects in the Americas region.Under his leadership, the Americas region is currently in our next phase of growth in solar and battery energy storage projects (BESS), targeting more than 250MW of projects in the North Eastern United States.
Before joining Sky Solar, Aditya worked in various global investment teams at Citigroup Asset Management and Renewable Energy Capital Market teams at Lazard and FBR, with a focus on Solar PV, Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles and Clean Transportation, Clean Fuels, Hydrogen and Energy Storage.
Aditya holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in Financial Engineering from New York University. He currently resides with his family in Long Island, New York.

Dessislav Goranov possesses more than fifteen years of experience in EPC, management, and monitoring in the field of renewable power. As part of Sky Solar Holdings, he put 43МWp photovoltaic assets into operation in Bulgaria and also, he is in charge of operation and maintenance of 100MWp+ photovoltaic assets all over Europe.Throughout his career, he has been part of two of the biggest companies for electronic products in the Balkans as an Import and Production Manager.
He speaks four languages: Bulgarian, Chinese, English, and Russian. He holds an International Economic Relationship master's degree from а Zhejiang University-Hangzhou, P.R.C.
